The place is impeccable, too much so. But food and service is great.
They charge per person, $90-$135 depending on room. Full breakfast included.
They have a couple hobiecats and windsurfers, kayaks, powerboats, skiing. Also a larger ship for day trips or trips to Liwonde National Park.
The drive there is easy m1 South the cut across Balaka and go back North, 26Km North of Mangochi. We did return Via Cape Maclear to Salima. The Cape Maclear stretch is still paved, yet its drivable for non 4x4's. The later is a bit faster, if you are willing to rive 60km/hr on dirt roads - not for every driver or car.
