You will likely be told that you need to go to the Ministry of Finance to see what kind of Technical Assistance Agreement CDC has with the GOM. Unclear whether or not this actually exists. Take documentation to Immigration. There will likely be lots of people waiting outside and in line. Go through people and down long main hallway. Just after you go down a couple of stairs, go into Rm. 6 on your left. There are generally 1-2 assistants in the front room; for other questions you can also see Mr. G.E. Chirwa in his office.
After you pay the cashier, you will be given a receipt. This is the documentation of submitting the paperwork and acts as the temporary permit until the final permit is mailed to you.
